The process of epoxy flooring involves a grind and seal process which includes mechanically grinding and smoothing the surface of the concrete to remove any inconsistencies or staining. A curing agent and base mixture are used to prepare the surface before applying an epoxy resin sealant. This process creates a smooth, non-slip surface perfect for residential, commercial, and industrial environments which demand long-lasting, hard-wearing flooring.

The process involves a grind and seal process which includes mechanically grinding and smoothing the surface of the concrete to remove any inconsistencies or staining. The surface is then prepared with a prime coat, basecoat, flake coat to add colour, and topped with an epoxy resin sealant to generate a seamless, durable surface that is easy to maintain and clean.
